Narrative Essay Samples About Cross Culture

Narrative Essay Samples About Cross CultureIn the narrative essay samples about cross culture, the story of the seminar where I took my first order of classes is still very fresh in my mind. By reading this, you might be able to imagine how I felt when I sat in that chair for the first time in front of the class and got my first introduction to East Asian education. Those who attended the class every semester for almost ten years would only remember how much pleasure I felt when the big tales about the cultures of China and Korea were told. The curiosity I felt while reading through the books on ancient Chinese culture and art had already been burned out by that time, but if you have ever attended any public school you know how creative children can be.In the second half of the story, the teacher just wouldn't leave me alone as I described how a seminar organized by a different school brought about a cultural exchange seminar and strengthened our relationship of trust and respect. It felt like that was the most important lesson from that seminar. It is very interesting to see how narrative essay samples about cross culture education classes play out in my mind. I was always excited and anxious when I read those long stories, the kind that can make you tell tales that make you think about the readers who were listening. It was a rare thing to have a teacher who was an authority in your field, who stood with the readers as well. That teacher really made me understand what it is that readers need to understand in order to gain more understanding of what I do.The narrative essay samples about cross culture are interesting. It is rare that one finds such a book in a public school library, let alone a university library. It gives such a great experience of reading as a reader. You get all the necessary background information as well as easy to read stories of characters who get their own story told.Another interesting aspect of the cross culture essay samples is that many of them have a narrative character who is likely an extension of the author. It is the author's empathy that makes them connect with the character. For example, when Ayn Rand narrates the story of her friend Gary, she does it by giving us a very personal introduction to her friend, and a glimpse into what her inner life is like. The same idea is true of many of the stories in the narrative sample. My teacher, Dr. Burdett Orr, really understood me and had to learn through my books and short stories that I was not an intellectual. I understood this easily because her novels were all about heroes, and she was not a hero. So it was easier for her to relate to me and to help me with my life. In that sense, the narrative sample on the cross culture books helped me understand myself. The narrative essay samples about cross culture were really for me. If you find yourself looking for other stories and inspiration about the culture of your interest, this is a great place to look.

Clemen in â€Å"Imagery in Hamlet Reveals Character and Theme† describes the pervasive influence which the Ghost’s words have on the entire play: Perusing the description which the ghost of Hamlet’s father gives of his poisoning by Claudius (I,v) one cannot help being struck by the vividness with which the process of poisoning, the malicious spreading of the disease, is portrayed: Sleeping within my orchard, My custom always of the afternoon,†¦show more content†¦A natural way to come to terms with the problem is obviously through the character that forces the dilemma upon Hamlet, that is to say, the Ghost. It was apparently generally believed, among Catholics and Protestants alike, that a ghost could be dispatched into this world by either God or the devil, and consequently it became the duty of the receiver of its command to test it conscientiously before acting upon it. This is what we see Hamlet do when, in spite of his immediate conviction that it is an honest ghost he has seen, he arranges a trial of its veracity in the form of the play within the play. (117) Thus is explained the rationale of the â€Å"play within a play† which is seen as necessary for the climax of the drama. To begin consideration of the Ghost, let it be said that the Ghost makes his appearance even before the play has opened. It is also in charge of regulating how technology systems are used and the extent to which the employees use the organizations assets. This organization is based in America and has other branches across the world. Some employees feel they are computer literate to an extent to which they end up risking misusing the organization's networks and assets. It is for such activities that this organization tries to curb and halt to ensure that the organizations managers are not dented into the panic for their responsibilities (Gill 2010). This, therefore, has resulted to some apprehensions that are related to the ethical issues of such acts. A detailed analysis on this matter has also been considered , and this article provides a debate over how managers try to regulate the behavior of the organization's company. Ethical issues from Wal-Mart Companys point of view: Wal-Mart as earlier stated works to ensure that there is proper control and regulation of the assets that are used and operated by her employees. It ensures that managers do not struggle to regulate and control the degree to which the employees of the organization perform their activities and use assets of the organization. As a result Wal-Mart Company has categorized some of these ethical issues on their point of view as discussed below. Control of the organizations assets From Wal-Mart Company point of view, they see a need in bridging the gap that is created between its managers and employees. As a result, they feel it is important to set establish set code of ethics to control the degree to which organizations employees burdens its managers. Moreover, when employees are hired during their orientation there are emphasized on ethics and if they see something that seems unethical, they should report it to the managers. This will ensure that the organizations managers are able to contain the degree of how they are viewed by the employees. Secondly, they regulate the degree to which its employees can access the information they dispose for access (Mahsud 2010). This will tend to regulate the expectations of the employees feeling there is privacy when they are accessing the organizations information. Lastly, Wal-Mart Company views ethical issues as a set of codes that will help then in regulation, control, faster and effective management of the information provided by the organization. They view these issues as a relief to help them in reducing the shortcomings and challenges that they might face in managing its information. The employees working condition is a major challenge that Wal-Mart Company faces. It view this as a major challenge that they need to address in order to maintain a good working condition between the employees and the managers to ensure that the organization is able to maintain the competitive environment. This however comes with certain limitations, as they too have to abide to the set codes of conduct that if not well observed will lead to questioning by the set court order and actions. Ethical issues from the stakeholders points of view: Stakeholder are those people are affected or can affect something directly. They are always interested in the organizations information and usually access the organizations information. As a result, the stakeholders have their own view on the ethical issues that govern Wal-Mart Company. For instance, the stakeholders sees it as their right to use the technology system and the assets within Wal-Mart Company. They feel it their right to have a full access to the organization information without much control form the organizations managers. Thus, it is their expectation to use this information in order to influence the customers to make purchase in the stores. Secondly, the stakeholders, views the ethical issues that govern Wal-Mart Company as a protection that protect them against violation of their rights to access the full assets of the organization. For instance, they feel that the set code of ethical avenues wholly protect them even if they are the party on the wrong (Murphy 2010). This is not allowed in the ethical issues set codes that govern Wal-Mart Company. It is for these reasons that Wal-Mart Company tend to abide to the set codes of conduct that govern the relationship between the employees and the managers. The stakeholders are aware that any fault will be treated equally and all of them are subjected to similar rules and policies. They are aware that they will have to sign a detailed document that caters for their rights in case of any misfortune that may arise between them and the organization. The need to resolve these issues via ethical avenues rather than legal ones: In any organization, it is important to note that there are set rules and regulations that control and monitor the degree to which managers monitor their employees. As a result, various laws have been set to help in ensuring that both managers and employee abide to the set code of ethics (Sigurjonsson, Vaim Arnardottir 2014). Through using ethical avenues, there is a feel of corporation and understanding between the managers and the employees as this will provide a sense of pledge to the set laws and regulations. Below are some of the need of using ethical avenues rather than legal ones to resolve this matter: Improve business relationship Ethical issues are designed to provide guidance within an organization. Wal-Mart Company has therefore opted to resolve this matter using ethical avenues to ensure that the relationship between the managers and the employees is maintained and even improved. Prohibit inappropriate behavior Wal-Mart Company need to use ethical avenues to prohibit inappropriate behavior. Misbehavior such as giving false information to managers are controlled through the use of ethical avenues. Such code of ethics will help the employees to understand the reason as to why such actions are inappropriate and the need to avoid the. Accountability of management Through using ethical avenues over legal ones, their room for accounting for any loss or a blames made. Literally Archive Limited need to use ethical avenues over legal ones to ensure that accountability during time of loss or doubt is made appropriately and through a friendly manner. The obligation of Wal-Mart Company to its stakeholders and the general population An obligation can be defined as a course of any action that someone should do. Whether moral or legal, it virtually important for stakeholders to observe the moral code of ethics that governs the Wal-Mart Company. Since Wal-Mart Company is an organization that works on controlling the degree to which managers control the employees, it is important for the employees to realize that there are set code of ethics that governs this act. A legal action will be taken to those employees who tend to exploit the degree to which managers of the Wal-Mart Company control the degree to which they use the organizations assets and networks. It is worth noting that to some extent it will be wrong for Wal-Mart Company to grant their managers a chance of uncontrolled supervision of the employees information. As a result, to an extent Wal-Mart Company will face the legal actions that are shortlisted in the ethical code of conduct in America. Appropriate changes also need to be brought in the management of the Wal-Mart Company to ensure that the employees are contented with how the control and regulation is conducted in the organization How will Wal-Mart code of ethics provide guidance in this matter? At the Wal-Mart company it is committed to providing the employees safe and safe working place. The company aims at continues improvement on their welfare in order to perform optimally on their work to offer the customers the best experiences as they shop (Tuan 2012). In this article, this organ will assist in activities like: Promoting the aspect of the development Promotion of development between Wal-Mart Company and her highly esteemed employees will be done in regards to the set guidelines and policies. This will ensure that there is mutual understanding between these two parties to ensure that the organization runs well without the managers struggling to keep the organization employees at feet and close supervision. Professionalism The guideline practices in this matter will tend to ensure the professional code of conduct is adhered to. The issue of control of the degree to which the managers in this company monitors the employees will be guided and closely observed by the managers to ensure that the mode of ethics are maintained . It is important for the employees to conduct themselves morally under the professional acts to ensure that legal actions that may affect them are not taken against them. Integrity This important aspect is vital towards development in any organization. For any successful organization, honesty plays a significant role in defining the corporation within the management. The guidelines and policies establishes an honest environment between the employees and the management of the Wal-Mart Company (Weiss 2014). Choosing to provide an honest environment to employees creates a good relationship between these two parties. Conclusion Throughout the discussion, we have realized that Wal-Mart Company have the mandate to monitor what her employees do and how the services they offer are used by her employees. Secondly, we have also realized that managers spend a lot of time to control the degree to which the organization uses the resources and the assets of the organization. Wal-Mart Company has also strived in controlling the extent to which managers struggle to control such activities of the employees and the stakeholders. This, however, does not come on a silver plate as the organization faces key challenges to ensure that they control the activities that are carried by the employees. It is also important to note that, responsible employees should not expect privacy when using the organization's assets and services provided and there is no need to notify them that monitoring activities are taking place. Wal-Mart Company have the obligation to inform her employees the extent of monitoring if required. We realize th at it is an ethical violation if Wal-Mart Company says there is no expectation of control, yet they are using the information they acquire to violate the employees' personal information. They need to assure their employee's legal service. Otherwise, they might face an action from the relevant bodies. References Gill, J. and Johnson, P., 2010.Research methods for managers. Sage. We can learn quite a lot from role models like determination and confidence because we try to be like them, you have to love a sport in order to do it well. When we look at athletes, normally you would say that they do everything good and positive, thats how they are when they are on TV or something, but real life do as much bad as they do good. In the news all the time, we hear about people like Stan Collymore or Roy Keane had a fight or something, it will not only affect there reputation but it will make children or even adults that look up to them behave like them. Positive and Negative Role ModelsRole Models could give a good impression to someone and make their parents or someone proud but they could also give people bad impressions like taking drugs or having lots of alcohol. I have made a table below of a list of role models that give good impressions and the ones who give bad impressions. Positive Impression Negative ImpressionThorpe MaradonaRonaldo Hidetoshi NakataGary Liniker Paul MersonTony Adams Eric CantonaCasiraghi Stan CollymoreJohn FashinuBruce GobblarZidaneRomarioWell your probably thinking why these people are positive or negative role models, so heres a brief explanation what I think they are positive or negative. Positive ImpressionsThorpe, because it he won all medals that he was in for swimming, he was a good athlete to look up to. Casiraghi, I say that he is a good role model, because is still injured and still gets paid, plays for Chelsea but loves to play football so he wants to leave the club and join any team even lower divisions. Gary Liniker, he was one of Englands best footballers and as far as we know he hasnt done anything bad in his life. Tony Adams, an Arsenal defender, you would probably think he is a bad impression because he use to drink a lot, but I say he is a good impression because he stopped drinking for the sake of his health, career and sport. Negative ImpressionsMaradona, he is known as one of the worlds greatest footballers of all time, but he gives a really bad impression because people tend to copy who they look up to and Maradona takes a lot of drugs and cheated in football, using his hands instead of head. Hidetoshi Nakata, Japans first player to play abroad and Japans best player was not really a good impression because in the World Cup he wasnt really bothered to sing his own National Anthem and in Copa America Japan was invited but he rejected the International Callup. .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 , .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .postImageUrl , .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 , .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3:hover , .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3:visited , .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3:active { border:0!important; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3:active , .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3 .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u40c2a88cfbe4d0fe80b5e7b6e0706bb3:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: Of Mice ; Men EssayEric Cantona, former Manchester United player, because he use to foul a lot in football and done a flying kick at someone on live T.V. Stan Collymore, because slapped his girlfriend. John Fashinu, because he use to set-up matches so he could score lots of goals and win. Bruce Gobblar, former Liverpool goalkeeper, because people use to pay him to let goals in and lose. Zidane, Juventus footballer, because he wanted to leave he told everyone his wife wanted to go to Spain so he could leave the club. Romario, was one of Brazils top strikers, in my opinion he is a bad role model, because he use to always bunk the training sessions and sometimes not even attending football matches. ConclusionAlthough it is good to look up to people and have dream about being like that person or something, but in my opinion, I say that there should be no such things as role models, it influences people to do things what there role model does, mostly something not good, and as you can see from above, all the stuff the negatives do, aint that bad but I could keep on naming role models that give bad impressions and I could hardly name 5 that give positive impressions
